Value chain of the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group
The Asset Management Company believes that the value chain backed by organized collaboration between the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group companies, primarily TOKYU LAND CORPORATION, the sponsor of the Asset Management Company, and the Asset Management Company and the Investment Corporation adds value to the Investment Corporation in terms of both of asset growth (external growth) and the sustenance and improvement of asset value (internal growth). Utilizing the value chain and know-how of the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group, we aim to achieve stable revenues and maximize unitholders' value over the medium and long terms.
Support of the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group
Through a sponsor support agreement and support agreements with the Asset Management Company and property management agreements for managed assets, the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group companies provide support to the Investment Corporation. They help it to achieve asset growth (external growth) and implement its external growth strategy, as well as to sustain and improve asset value (internal growth), and to develop and advance its know-how in investment management. This support includes the following.
