Unitholders’ Meeting

Certain matters concerning investment corporations that are provided for in the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations or bylaws are decided at unitholders’ meetings, consisting of unitholders. Statements for dividends, which are a matter subject to approval at the general meeting of shareholders in joint stock companies, do not require a resolution at a unitholders’ meeting, and are decided by the Board of Directors of investment corporations in accordance with the law.
As a rule, unitholders’ meetings are held at least once every two years in the 23 wards of Tokyo.
