Diversified routes for acquiring properties

We acquire properties using the sponsor support agreement with the sponsor and support agreements with other TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group companies. In addition, we actively acquire properties from sellers outside the Group. We also use TOKYU LAND CORPORATION's warehousing function to buy higher-quality assets and expand our asset size.
